Can I cancel my order?

You have 30 minutes to cancel your order, either directly through your customer account or by using the link included in the order confirmation email.

Orders placed via Paypal and Klarna will be refunded once the cancellation request has been sent.

For orders placed by other payment methods, such as bank card, the amount will only be charged at the time the order is shipped, i.e. no charge will be made and no refund will be made.

After this period, we will not be able to cancel your order and it will be shipped to you.

How can I track my order?

You can follow the progress of your order by logging in to your customer account, if you have one, or by using the link sent to you when you confirmed your order.

You can also contact our customer service through the "Contact us".

Can I modify my order after payment? For example, size, color, quantity, etc.

Unfortunately, we cannot modify confirmed orders. If less than 30 minutes have passed since you placed the order, you can cancel it and place a new one. In this case, your card will not be charged or the amount charged will be automatically cancelled.

If this period has passed, you will receive the order and you can resend it free of charge by creating a return from your customer account, if you have one, or by using the link sent to you when you confirmed your order. You also have the option to refuse delivery.

I have not received my order confirmation e-mail, what should I do?

You can use the contact form in the "Contact" section, entering your name and order number (if you have one).

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods vary by location and are usually displayed on the Blessonyou.com payment screen. For example, the following payment methods are accepted: debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Carte Bleue and Maestro), PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna (Pay now, Pay later, Pay over time).

All payments are charged immediately.

Is online payment secure?

Online payment is totally secure. Your bank details are protected and encrypted by the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. This means that your data is transferred in an encrypted and secure way.

Can I apply for a tax refund on my online purchase?

The prices of Bless on You items in Euro and GBP are inclusive of taxes and comply with the shipping regulations of each country. You will not receive a VAT refund on purchases made on our website.Orders shipped to Switzerland, Norway, Japan and the United States are subject to customs fees that will be added to your cart.

Has my payment been validated?

If you have not received an order confirmation, your payment may have been declined. Please contact your bank.

What countries do you ship to?

For now, we only ship orders to all European Union countries.

The countries included in the EU are: Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, Monaco, Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Romania, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Malta, Denmark, Ireland, Czech Republic, Austria, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovak Republic and Croatia.

How much is the shipping cost?

All shipments to European Union countries are free of charge.

For Spain: delivery in 1-2 working days.

For the rest of the European Union countries: delivery in 3-5 working days.

All local taxes are included in these prices.

What are the shipping times?

We will ship your order by DHL within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and Spanish national holidays) for destinations in Spain.

A signature is required for delivery of the order. You can check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website with the tracking number we have provided you.

This period may be extended if additional documents are required to finalize the order.

Where can I find the tracking number of my order?

You will find your tracking number in your customer account under "Orders" or by using the link in the order confirmation email.

How can I change my shipping address?

We cannot change the shipping address for an already confirmed order, but you can cancel it within 30 minutes of purchase.

Once this period has elapsed, you can request the change when you receive the message (email or SMS) confirming that DHL has picked up your package.

What to do in case of anomalies in the order?

We kindly ask you to contact our customer service through the "Contact" section of our frequently asked questions.

Where will I receive my shipment?

DHL home delivery with signature. You will be able to request a delivery to a DHL pickup point when you receive the message (email or SMS) confirming that DHL has picked up your package.

Returns

How can I return my order?

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the product. It is not possible to make exchanges on online purchases, not even to change size or color.

Please note: if you do not follow these instructions, we will not be able to refund your money automatically.

Returns are made through DHL EXPRESS.

Do not forget to insert the return document inside the package so that we can identify you. Don't forget to write down the tracking number indicated on the delivery note to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

*This prepaid return label can only be used from the country where the order was received.

What is the status of my return?

You can track the status of your return by logging into your customer account or using the link sent to you when you confirmed your order. You can also track your package using your DHL tracking number on the DHL website: https://www.dhl.com/es.

What are the return costs?

Returns are free of charge and can be made up to 14 days after receipt of the product. Please create a return from your account, under Orders, or using the link you will have received in the order confirmation email; we will send you the return instructions and documents within 24-48 hours. Please check your spam folder to see if your email is there.

How long does it take to process the refund? Will I receive a refund of the full amount of my order?

We will reimburse you for the returned KENZO products according to the price shown on the invoice and through the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive the items.

Please note that even if we have already received the item to be returned, our Quality Department must check the products and it may take several days. No refund will be made for items that are returned incomplete, damaged, dirty or used. If this is the case, you will receive a notification from our Customer Service team and we will return these products to you.

Duties and shipping charges for partially returned orders are non-refundable.

Please note that it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

I received a defective product, what can I do?

Please contact our customer service via our "Contact" form with your order number, a description of the product and photos of the item.

How will I be reimbursed?

Refunds can only be made through the same payment method used for the order.

Stock availability

When will this article be available again?

We recommend that you subscribe to our newsletter service, so that we can send you an email when the item is back on sale.

Where is this product available?

They are currently only available on our website, blessonyou.com.

Do you always have stock available?

No, each piece we make at Bless on You we only release 50 pieces.

Once these units are finished, there will be no more available until the next pieces.

As mentioned on the website, we do not offer gift wrapping. We send you the items in an exclusive pouch, free of charge only for our ready-to-wear items.

Can I attach a personalized message?

Currently we do not offer the possibility to insert a personalized message within your order.

Is the invoice included in the package?

The invoice is not included in the package. You can log in through your customer account or by using the link provided.
